Multiplication and division concepts begin, place value through 1,000, and understanding fractions as numbers.
Science:
Third graders explore energy, ecosystems, Earth systems, and use the scientific method to investigate questions.
Social Studies:
Study of Florida history, US regions, and early national history, along with map skills and community roles.
Religion:
Guiding students to understand God’s plan for creation and family life by developing moral decision-making, respect for life and creation, stewardship, and responsibility, while learning how their choices reflect God’s love for the world.
