Multifactor Authentication Rolling Out by FACTS on April 22, 2026

Our service provider, FACTS, is implementing mandatory security enhancements across their platforms to better protect student and family data. These changes will take effect on April 22, 2026.
While these updates are initiated by FACTS, they will change how you log in to their products, including the Student Information System (SIS), Family Portal, and Financial Management.
Key Changes
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): To increase security, FACTS now requires all staff and parents to use MFA when logging in. (Note: Students are currently exempt from this requirement).
Unified Accounts: You will now use one single username and password to access all FACTS products (such as the Family Portal and Financial Aid applications).
Unique Usernames: Because usernames must now be unique across the entire FACTS network, you may be prompted to choose a new username during your first login after April 22.
Password Management: Passwords will no longer expire. For your privacy, the school can no longer manually reset passwords for you; you will now manage your password directly through the "Forgot Password" link on the FACTS login page.
